Day 01 Johannesburg - Sun City
On arrival at O.R Tambo Airport, our representative will meet and greet you. You will transfer to Sun City, check-in, and freshen up. Enjoy the Valley of the Waves and explore the casino, theatre, and life of Sun City. Your overnight stay is at the resort.
Day 02 Pilanesberg Game Drive
Today, we proceed for a thrilling morning game drive at Pilanesberg National Park. An opportunity for excellent game viewing to spot the Big Five, as well as hundreds of antelope and bird species, exists today. Later, return to the hotel for your breakfast and spend the rest of the day at leisure. The afternoon game drive is optional. You will spend overnight at the hotel.
Day 03 Sun City - Johannesburg - Knysna
After breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and go on a private transfer to Johannesburg Airport to board the flight for George. Upon arrival, pick up your car from the pick-up point and drive to the hotel in Knysna. Check-in and freshen up, and enjoy the rest of the day at the Waterfront area. You will overnight at the hotel.
Day 04 Knysna - Oudtshoorn - Knysna
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a drive for a full-day Oudtshoorn tour. Cango Caves: The Klein Karoo’s oldest and most popular attraction, one of the world’s natural wonders. Ostrich Farm: During your visit, experience the world’s largest bird which lays the largest egg, has the most beautiful feathers, and eyes that make you want to fall in love and hug them. You can enjoy riding the birds at your own risk, standing on their eggs, touching the birds and cuddling the chicks. Cango Wildlife Ranch: Here, you will have the opportunity to view some of the animal species which inhabited the Karoo region in the early days. Return to your hotel in Knysna for your overnight stay.
Day 05 Knysna - Franschhoek
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then check out and drive to Franschhoek. Housing the beautiful vineyards, Franschhoek is one of the best tourist attractions in the Cape Winelands. The eateries, markets and the handicraft shops make this the centre of attraction for the wine tour. Upon arrival, proceed for a Franschhoek Wine Tram Tour. The hop-on-hop-off tour of the Franschhoek wine tram is the best and most preferred way to explore the entire Franschhoek. With the eight different tram lines running within the wine estates, the tram stops at every spot to discover the essence of vineyards. Later in the evening, check-in at the hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 06 Franschhoek - Cape Town
After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to Cape Town. You have the full day to spend at leisure and to explore Cape Town on your own. Optional activities at additional costs include sky diving, Cape sidecar tour, Harley Davidson tour, paragliding, abseiling, Robben Island tour, Two Ocean Aquarium, hot air ballooning, helicopter ride, etc.
Day 06 Cape Peninsula Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a private full-day Cape Point tour. Join us on the Africa Premier tour route to the romantic meeting place of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans. The explorer, Sir Francis Drake, called it: "the fairest Cape that we saw in the circumference of the globe". This tour offers a full and exciting day out. It includes Hout Bay, a 30-minute cruise to the seal colony (weather permitting), Cape Point Nature Reserve, Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope, penguin colony in Simonstown. Swimming in the Indian Ocean is also possible. Afterward, return to the hotel and relax.
Day 06 Cape Town
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a private, morning city orientation tour of Cape Town. This tour gives you the opportunity to discover the spirit of the Mother City, experience her vibrant cultures and history and enjoy botanical scenery. Highlights include Table Mountain (weather permitting - otherwise Signal Hill), a scenic coastal drive through Clifton, Sea Point, Green Market Square, District Six, Company Gardens, and a scenic city tour passing the Houses of Parliament, the City Hall, the Castle and Slave Lodge and the V&A Waterfront. Return to the hotel and relax.
Day 06 Cape Town Departure
After breakfast, you will check out and transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your onward journey.
